What I collect, and why.

Who is responsible

Sales Advantage, run by Leif Sundström, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach me at hello@salesadvantage.ai.

What I collect

From the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and your company name if you choose to give it. Company name is optional; the rest is needed to reply to you.

From your visit: my hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used only for security and to keep the site running.

That is everything. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking, and no profiling.

Why I collect it, and on what legal basis

Contact form data is processed to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — you contacted me and expect a reply — and, where the conversation moves towards an engagement, steps taken at your request prior to a contract under Article 6(1)(b).

Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for advertising. Web fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading a page sends no request to any other company. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Who else sees your data

I use three service providers, each acting as a data processor on my behalf:

• Vercel — hosts this website and runs the code that handles the contact form.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to my inbox. Sending is configured in the EU (Ireland) region.
• Microsoft 365 — my email, where your message arrives and is stored.

I do not sell personal data, and I do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Vercel and Resend are US-headquartered companies, so some processing may take place outside the EEA. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

Contact form messages stay in my email for as long as the conversation is useful — typically up to two years from our last exchange, and longer if we work together and I need the records for accounting or legal reasons. Server logs are retained by my hosting provider on their standard schedule, normally a matter of weeks.

If you would rather I deleted your message sooner, say so and I will.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask me to:

• tell you what personal data I hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete it
• restrict or object to how I use it
• provide it in a portable format

Email hello@salesadvantage.ai and I will respond within one month. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes I will update the date below. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted me will be communicated directly.
