// 02 — WHAT WE DO
Sales & Marketing Automation
Automation gets a bad name because most of it is used to send more of the same message to more people. Done properly it does the opposite: it removes the repetitive work so your team spends its hours on live conversations, and it makes wide reach compatible with genuinely personal outreach.
Best for: teams with a message that works but no repeatable way to put it in front of enough of the right people.
Manual outreach doesn’t scale; generic email gets ignored. We build outbound sequences and a pipeline that look personal and run at scale. The system does the repetitive work. Your team stays human where it counts.
KEY OUTPUTS
- ↗A T-shaped funnel — automation aligned with enterprise sales, so wide top-of-funnel coverage feeds deep, multi-threaded pursuit on the accounts that matter.
- ↗An AI lead pipeline — tools that gather, clean and route leads automatically, so reps work a list that is already current.
- ↗A three-channel mix — email, text-and-video, and social selling, run as one sequence rather than three disconnected efforts.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
- ↗Multi-step sequences that read like personal outreach, not a blast
- ↗A pipeline process your team can run the same way every week
- ↗Automation across email, LinkedIn, and your CRM — set up and documented
- ↗Less busywork, so your people spend time on live conversations, not admin
// QUESTIONS
Common questions
- Won't automated outreach make us sound like everyone else?
- It will if the automation writes the message. The approach here is the reverse: the system handles targeting, sequencing, data hygiene and follow-up, while the substance of what you say stays specific to the account. Volume without relevance is what gets ignored.
- What is a T-shaped funnel?
- Wide coverage across the top to find demand, and deep, multi-threaded pursuit on the small number of accounts actually worth winning. Most teams do one or the other — broad outreach that never converts, or deep enterprise work with nothing feeding it. The T shape connects them so top-of-funnel volume becomes enterprise pipeline.
- Do you replace our SDRs?
- No. Automation removes the repetitive parts of their job — list building, data cleaning, sequencing, logging — so the same people run more live conversations. Teams that replace people with automation usually end up with more activity and fewer meetings.
- How long before we see more meetings?
- Sequences are usually live within three to four weeks, and the first meaningful change in weekly meeting volume shows within a quarter. On a comparable engagement this produced ten times the automated lead generation volume and three times the weekly customer meetings within six months.
